I placed an order on 08/03 

and requested to cancel 2 items from that order on 08/09 via email (en@attrangs.com).

However, I have not received any response as of yet. :(

It's now 08/14, and I have noticed that my order still has not been shipped. 

So, can you please cancel the 2 items and ship the rest?
