얼마 전 해외구매한 소비자입니다.

구매를 했음에도 포인트 적립이 안되어서, 포인트 적립은 어떻게 적용이 되는지 궁금해서 문의 드립니다.

그리고 최근에 회원가입했는데, 할인 쿠폰도 못 받았습니다..

어떤 기준으로 포인트 적립이 되고 할인 쿠폰을 받는 것인지 알고 싶습니다~
