We put our best effort to fulfill your order to be delivered on the right time, but there are times when our inventory runs out fast as beyond our expectation if mass orders are submitting at once.

Once an item is sold out, we will notify you via email and proceed with the refund. Amount can be sent to the original mode of payment or as points. 

To serve you the fast delivery service, Attrangs is not offering the exchange(other item/other option) as an option for the sold-out item. If you want the sold-out to be exchanged, we are suggesting your kind cooperation on cancelling the entire order then place a new order again with the items you have purchased and wanted to exchange with.
